• Content you upload — photos and videos you post to the platform.
• Communications — messages you send to our support team.

We also collect limited technical information automatically:

• Device type and iOS version
• App version and crash reports
• General usage patterns (e.g., features used)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the Cirova app
• To display your profile and content to your approved connections
• To process subscription payments via Apple's App Store
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent abuse or violations of our Terms of Service

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting), under confidentiality agreements.
• Law enforcement if required by law or to protect user safety.

4. Content Visibility

Photos and videos you post are visible to users you connect with on Cirova. Premium content marked as locked is only accessible to premium subscribers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your content and personal information are permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Update your profile information in the app
• Delete individual posts
• Delete your account entirely via Settings → Delete Account
• Request a copy of your data by emailing support@cirova.cloud

7. Children's Privacy

Cirova is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Cirova after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
