Terms of Service

Welcome to Cirova. By creating an account or using the Cirova app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cirova. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Do not share your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@cirova.cloud if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload. By posting content on Cirova, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver that content to your connections within the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Contains nudity, graphic violence, or explicit material
• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users
• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
• Spreads misinformation or is intentionally deceptive

4. Premium Subscriptions

Cirova offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform
• Use automated scripts to interact with Cirova
• Interfere with the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

7. Disclaimers

Cirova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any content posted by other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of Cirova after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cirova operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
